Udo Nadolski - CEO

UdoUdo Nadolski has spent the last 25 years in the IT/Telecoms sector working on large, multinational projects, specifically in technology and management consulting, start-up expert monitoring and software product development. He has vast experience in the operational management of a number of successful firms throughout Europe (Germany, Belgium, Finland, Switzerland) and the UK. Between 1995 and 2000, based in the US, he was CEO for a large European software manufacturer, managing market introductions of complex software products.

Since 2002, he has been responsible for all operations of the Harvey Nash Group in Germany. In 2006, he was appointed a member of the Executive Council of the Harvey Nash Group in London.

Udo Nadolski holds masters degrees in both computer science and business administration. His leisure time belongs to his wife and their four children. He enjoys skiing and tennis.


Dr. Markus Ermer - CTO

Dr. Markus ErmerDr. Markus Ermer is responsible for the successful execution of R&D projects at Nash Technologies. He has 18 years of experience working on large telecommunication projects covering GSM, UMTS and LTE standards.

During his career, he acquired extensive experience working closely with offshore locations. He has set up many R&D teams in India and China and has coordinated major projects at offshore locations. He was responsible for the development of a GSM Base Station Controller and a UMTS NodeB.

Markus Ermer holds a PhD in physics and completed his doctorate thesis in nuclear physics. He has acquired broad international experience in Europe, Asia and the US.

He spends his leisure time with his family. Bike racing and the history of the middle-ages rank among his interests.


Michael Doubrava - COO

Michael DoubravaMichael Doubrava began his career with signal processing for GSM base stations in 1990 and since then, has been active in wireless communications with responsibilities ranging from overseeing product development through to advanced transceiver engineering. As a Bell Labs director, he developed converged wireless and wireline networks, working on services and applications with teams in Germany and the Netherlands.

Michael Doubrava has taken part in numerous national and European Commission funded research projects. When the Alcatel-Lucent UMTS Base Station Development and Test Lab in Germany were outsourced to Nash Technologies, he took on responsibility for system and interoperability testing.


Dirk Zetzsche - Business Development Director

Dirk ZetzscheDirk Zetzsche joined Nash Technologies as Director of Business Development in November 2008. He finalized his university studies in 1992 with a masters in telecommunications engineering, and has since then worked in a variety of sales, consulting and management positions in companies such as Siemens, Autonomy and Tata Consultancy Services.

Dirk Zetzsche has acquired broad expertise in successfully managing complex onsite/offshore projects.

He is married, has three children, enjoys running and is interested in classical cars.


Christiane Luley - Finance

Christiane LuleyChristiane Luley started in 2004 working for the Harvey Nash Group in Germany and is since then responsible for Finance and Administration.


Before she worked several years for a telecommunication provider as Finance Director.


Christiane has a degree in financial business administration and more than ten years experience in the financial international environment. 


Georg Pielage - General Manager, Nash Technologies Stuttgart

Georg Pielage

Georg Pielage is responsible for the Operation of Nash Technologies Stuttgart GmbH.

He has more than 18 years of experience working on large telecommunication projects covering wireless and wireline standards.

In 1992 he started his career with System Integration and Test of GSM and UMTS End to End Networks. Amongst others he was responsible for E2E performance optimization leading international cross functional teams. In the past years he worked on large outsourcing activities with respect to telecommunication R&D.

Georg Pielage holds masters degree in electrical engineering. During his career he acquired broad international experience working with teams in Europe, US and Asia.

His leisure time belongs to his family.


Michael Hahn - Human Resources Director

Michael HahnMichael Hahn started his business career 1979 as Human Resources Specialist in a magazine publishing company working on all topics relating human resources, labour law and being responsible for the apprentices. Changing to an international marketing research company in 1987 he took over enhanced responsibility and has been promoted as Human Resources Manager. Beside the local HR Business he worked on several international human resources projects.

Before starting with Nash Technologies in 2009 he worked for two years as a lawyer for labour law and Interim Manager Human Resources. 2010 he was announced as Human Resources Director and is responsible for all HR operations for the Nash Technologies GmbH, Nuremberg, and the Nash Technologies Stuttgart GmbH.

Michael Hahn holds the second state examination in law and a degree in mediation. His leisure time belongs to his wife and his meanwhile grown up three children. He enjoys bike riding and exploring interesting cities.
